- Làm việc với nhà phân phối mới về kinh doanh các sản phẩm PACS/IT Workstation: Họp, thuyết trình, chuẩn bị tài liệu, đàm phán điều khoản hợp đồng, thầu, báo cáo.
Preparation to start PACS/IT Workstation business with new distributors.
- Coordinate the meeting and demonstration with new distributors
- Hỗ trợ các chương trình quảng bá Marketing, hội thảo, triển lãm, giới thiệu sản phẩm.
- Prepare necessary information and documents to start business with new distributors.
- Propose and create promotional materials such as white paper(Recommendation letter of KM Products),KOL Movie etc.
- Support marketing events like seminar / workshop / exhibition and promote products. Manage and maintain the schedule and cost of these events.
- Negotiate the business terms and conditions to new distributors.
- Organize mandatory requirements to start business with new distributors and manage to solve these requirements by cooperating with staffs in Thailand, Japan.
- Hỗ trợ khâu trước bán hàng: cung cấp tài liệu, hỗ trợ nhà phân phối, demo sản phẩm, đề xuất các sản phẩm, cấu hình và giải pháp tối ưu đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng.
Pre Sales Support
- Support distributors to understand customer needs, environment, workflow and limitation, and propose optimal products, configuration and solution to meet the customer needs.
- Provide product training and sales kit materials (PPT, Video, White paper, etc) to distributors.
- Support distributors to give presentation and demonstration of products to potential customers and explain about the product feature, benefit and unique selling point compared with competitors.
- Find and propose other IT products and application to support Konica Minolta Healthcare IT products to fulfill the customer needs and requirements.
- Hỗ trợ sau bán hàng: hỗ trợ nhà phân phối triển khai, quản lý dự án, quy trình và cấu hình tối ưu cho khách hàng. Hỗ trợ cài đặt, đào tạo, hướng dẫn, và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh.
Post Sales Support
- Provide technical and application training to distributors/customers.
- Support distributors to connect and integrate Konica Minolta Healthcare IT products with other vendor's IT system and modalities at customer site.
- Support distributors for project management of system implementation at customer site.
- Support distributors to define the optimal workflow and configuration based on customer needs and prepare all necessary components for installation.
