Sales Capability & Training Manager is accountable for delivering objectives through assignment with key focus areas:
1. Manage budget of sales training by making the plan, deliver and control efficiency
2. Sales capability management
3. Develop talent for sales organization
4. Develop & update best practice of training roadmap
5. Training material development
6. Training conduct
7. Cooperate training
8. PDA focusing by training, coach sales team to use effectively and efficiently
9. Sales tools building & utilize to support Sales Field
10. Sales Activities (collaborate with HR and Field Team) to enhance Engagement
11. Project cooperation
12. Keep discipline and motivation in the sales team
13. Other assignments.
