• Established in 2015, uhomes.com is one of the leading accommodation booking platforms for global students.
• Our platform, combining technology with customized service, aims to provide transparency and use friendly tools to help students who need to book accommodation across country or region with high efficiency and ease.
• Our company has been backed up by prominent investors such as New Oriental group, listed company on NYSE with market cap of $13bn; and Translink capital, a venture capital fund from Silicon Valley and a few more. We also fundraised of about 35mil USD after B+ round.
• Since 2015, Uhomes has an international operation with offices located in the London, New York, Boston, Los Angeles and Beijing, and operations in over 27 countries or regions. We continue to look for expansion into multiple countries as well as to diversify our property portfolios.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of Uhomes’ expansion, driving sales through expert consultation and relationship building. Your role will be essential in converting prospects into successful bookings, with a focus on achieving targeted leasing numbers and becoming a region expert.
• Basic salary from 11 million VND + Sales bonus (2-month probation period with 100% of fixed salary)
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 or 9:00 - 18:00, Mon – Friday
• Location: 4F, VIT Tower, 519 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
• Be the go-to expert for your designated region, understanding the local market and student housing needs.
• Engage with clients to provide consultations and develop tailored housing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Convert accommodation booking through effective client interactions and strategic marketing programs.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to market analysis, identifying trends to build successful sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and drive business growth.
• Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
