Sales Coordinator (Sales Admin)

* Working address:
- No.990, Hanoi Highway, Quarter 2, Binh Da Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
(Priority is given to candidates near the company area)
* Job discription:
- Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments
- Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.
- Make rental contract with customers
- Making standby list of machines
- Make white invoices, issue VAT invoices, follow and collect receivable amount and others as being assigned.
- Update contract and debt status weekly
- Make income list, aging list reports
- Monitor and extend machinery inspection
- Search and negotiate with suppliers if necessary
- Other tasks as maybe assigned.

Salary increase once a year, 13th month salary and profit sharing bonus.
