Mô tả công việc

• Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal clients to fully understand their needs
• Search for new customer sources and expand markets
• Negotiate and convince customers to use the service, draft a contract after the customer has agreed. Set up contract signing procedures and save the contract
• Monitor service quality, contact to resolve problems that arise during contract implementation
• Implement business strategies and advertising for the company's existing and new products • Design tour according to customer's request
• Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals
• Receive, update and process customer information
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management

• 2 years of working experience in a similar position
• Good problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Good communication in English
