Mô tả công việc

• Develop new direct customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Achieve targets for order volume, sales revenue, and gross profit through direct sales activities.
• Provide technical consultation to clients, including product selection, specification support, and solution proposals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to management.
• Provide post-sales technical support and address customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
• Become proficient in using the CRM system for customer information management, sales progress reporting, and project tracking.
