Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for securing and maintaining new business.
Provide responsive customer service and solve client issues quickly and efficiently.
Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
Contribute to improvements in the best practices in sales and strategic approaches to an account.
Negotiate selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given
Visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
Make sales presentations to prospective clients
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Support Customer Service and work closely with operations and documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Universities degree, major in logistics, supply chain, or business is preferable.
Good business sense
Good presentation skills
2-year experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics operation is preferable
Good communication in Vietnamese & English
Able to work under the pressure.
