Job Purpose:
Assist to Sales Manager to manage Sales operation and build relationship with customer in the South of Viet Nam
JOB DETAILS
Sales Executive focus on sales activity of APIS sales team including:
• Build relationship with customer in professional manner.
• Pay customer visit as planned and gather market information including from information of customer, competitor and related entities.
• Prepare Sales document including Sales Quotation, Sales Contract and Sales Notice… etc.
• Get Purchasing Order from customer and provide the consultation to API Sales Manager.
• Contact customer to get their Daily Delivery Plan and then notice to related people for implementation.
• Work together with Accountant / Sales team for Customer payment.
• Work together with Logistic team/QC team/Sales team for Packaging return.
• Other assigned by API Sales Manager.
