- Selling land infrastructure, ready-built-factories, warehouse space and related services;
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal;
- Finding new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships;
- Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and sales budget;
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Keep CRM/Smartsheets up-to-date with latest reports and key data;
- Negotiate/close deals, including Land Reservation Agreement (LRA), Contract on Infrastructure Usage and Lease of Land (CIL), Utility Service Terms & Condition (USTC);
- Organize/participate/support in network events, investment seminars, trade fairs;
- Actual Land Hand Over LHO and signing;
- Host business delegations;
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company, products and services;
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with co-workers;
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns;
- Assist Account Executives with preparing and evaluating proposals, referral agreements;
- Assist team members with claims and complaints handling;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Work in accordance with company procedures;
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution: Total Customer Ownership;
- Support potential investors with their site selection (research, guidance…);
- Support Account Executive with preparing proposals, market studies, competition analysis.
