Mô tả công việc
• Meeting or exceeding sales target
• Following the weekly, monthly, quarterly business plan and report to Sales Director in Vietnam
• Maintaining current accounts in Southern Vietnam including demand follow-up, new promotion planning, sales contract negotiation, aftersales support, etc.
• Exploring new accounts in Southern Vietnam by visiting customers, introducing products and winning trust to kick off new business, etc.
• Coordinating with the Director to come up with ideas and participating in building business plans for each stage.
• Building relationship in the business filed to collect information such as market trend, competitors’ situation and strategy, new accounts to help company sales activity grow.
• Fully participating in the Company's training programs to improve knowledge and skills.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
• Base salary + sales incentive per quarter (VND 10.000.000 – VND 20.000.000; depending on working experience and performance) + 13th month bonus
• Participate in social insurance, health insurance and other benefits according to company regulations
• Training of practical career skill
• Working hours: 5 days/week from Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:30) at Block B1-10 Ministry of Public Security – Apartment, No.83, Road No.3, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City
• Participate in social insurance, health insurance and other benefits according to company regulations
• Training of practical career skill

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
• FOREIGN LANGUAGES: GOOD COMMUNICATION IN EITHER ENGLISH OR MANDARIN CHINESE
• Graduated from College/University and majoring in Engineering (HVAC is preferred)
• Having two years sales experience in engineering product selling is preferred
• Male/Female from 23-30 years old, good health and good communication
• Innovative and creative thinking
• Good skill in using related software like Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn and keep growing.
