Mô tả công việc

Work with other sales/pre-sales/domain/personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities to acquire, grow and retain customers within assigned territory.
Sell software, solutions, and services to prospective customers to achieve individual sales plans and achieve the target for territory;
Implement aspects of territory planning and account management and development; identifies accounts with high "close" potential, qualifies, advances opportunity through milestone steps of sales cycle and forecast time frames to close business.
Maintain a good update and reportto higher management, especially for forecast update.
Manage partner relationships to ensure successful delivery and coverage of assigned territory.
Develop and coordinate new business activities to fulfill a wide range of requirements from customers and demand from the market.
Works with a technical team to create and finalize proposals, quotation, and contracts.
Follow up with customers to track satisfaction levels and to discover additional revenue

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

● At least 5 years of experience in relevant sales role in IT industry
● An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
● Knowledge of strategic sales techniques; knowledge of software solution sales buying cycles and buying influence.
● Advanced knowledge of industry software terminology and concepts; knowledge of platform development solutions and services preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic selling skills, skills in analyzing and evaluating territory dynamics to develop and implement a sales plan.
● Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to relate technical and business concepts to user needs; ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to travel when needed.
