Sales Executive, Upscience

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales executive to join our commercial laboratory specializing in animal nutrition. This role focuses on expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the Mekong Delta area and international markets, including customers outside Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the commercial laboratory testing, and animal nutrition industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Mekong Delta area and international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert them into profitable businesses.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Solution client feedback and complaints.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow payments with the credit department
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of our animal nutrition solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
