Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and emerging trends in outdoor living and furniture sectors.
• Drive sales through multiple channels including retail, direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, wholesale, and B2B partnerships.
2. Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales team members, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for professional growth and career development.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, commercial accounts, and large-scale buyers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s customer base and revenue streams.
• Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and long-term relationships.
4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against goals.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and business forecasts to senior leadership.
• Analyze data to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Product Knowledge & Market Insights:
• Stay informed on the latest trends in outdoor living and furniture design, materials, and consumer behavior.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure sales efforts are aligned with new product launches and innovations.
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to help drive product and service enhancements.
6. Budget & Expense Management:
• Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting financial objectives.
• Monitor sales-related expenses and optimize the cost-effectiveness of the sales process.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns, product positioning, and brand messaging that resonate with target markets.
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and manage demand fluctuations.
