JOB PURPOSE/ MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC
- To be responsible for brand development, market expansion and participate in developing business strategy.
- To be responsible for sales and rental of BOMAG rollers (both new and used)
- To support and give advice to the Parent Company, the Board of Directors and to the company’s Senior Management team in relation to the business activities of the Company
MAIN DUTIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
- To take initiative to co-ordinate Activity Plan with BOMAG and secure manufacturers support as appropriate.
- To manage BOMAG sales team, make and develop sales plan
- To maintain and enhance the CRM system with particular emphasis to improved reporting and measurement of customer coverage and lost sales information, as aid to improved performance.
- To seek out new sales and rental opportunities.
- To monitor the allocation of stock and carry out monthly stock checks.
- To manage in solving all issues relating to territory (such as overdue TAR, over limit TAR, bad debt, obsolete machine/attachment, etc).
- To develop, control and measure product innovation, promotional activity, price structures, route to markets and market diversification.
- To provide Market Information, Market Analysis to Sales & Marketing Director weekly.
- To monitor the causes of customer dissatisfaction to improve our sales activities.
- To control machine order recommendation. To review “PSI” (Purchase-sale-inventory) and “Weekly Report” prior to submission to Sales & Marketing Director.
- To implement departmental procedures to ensure efficient internal communication and effective external communication.
