We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies in the Vietnamese market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Vietnam.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
