POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing teams for Five Star E-learning company (Fsel), a start up edtech company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing, with extensive sales and marketing experience in the edtech market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the edtech industry, and the ability to drive sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Sales and Customer Service Tasks
1. Develop a sales and customer service strategy for Fsel Individual products via the Digital channel, Schools, Department of Education and Agency channels.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives to drive growth in edtech market.
3. Set targets for trial users, actual users, revenue, and costs for each Fsel business segment.
4. Measure the business results of each campaign.
5. Collect, evaluate, and survey user feedback and market information about the product to provide feedback to the content and technology teams for improvement and market development.
6. Coordinate with various departments to draft proposals for licenses from the District, Department, Ministry levels and prepare contract templates for signing.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
8. Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
II. PR & Marketing Tasks
1. Build, develop and manage the brand for Fsel.
2. Implement long-term, medium-term, and short-term PR – Marketing strategies to increase brand recognition for Fsel.
3. Conduct market research, build Marketing strategies (Online & Offline) according to the Omni channel multi-channel strategy for Fsel's products.
4. Organize the evaluation, measurement, and monitoring of the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as required and regulated.
5. Develop resources: Content (images, videos, articles...) and community (fanpage, forum, group, Zalo... for Marketing activities.
III. Leadership and Management:
1. Directly manage the Sales & Marketing department according to assigned functions and tasks.
2. Recruit, retain, train, reward and develop sales & marketing professionals to ensure a high level of expertise and performance.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Over 10 years of experience in business and marketing, including at least 5 years in equivalent positions at educational, training, and educational technology companies or corporations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Multimedia, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of business and marketing in the education sector.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in all four skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, develop strategies, and plan marketing activities.
- Strategic vision and direction.
- Sharp strategic thinking ability.
- Proficiency in both online and offline marketing tools and methods.
- Familiarity with technology, data, communication trends, and marketing in the context of digital transformation.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
