General Description:
Responsible to enable and drive the definition, design, development of current and future Salesmen Role. He/She should build it together with the Commercial Leaders.
The manager interfaces with all levels of commercial management functions and staff to ensure that DSM role is designed and updated according to business needs.
Designing a roles means that there is an updated version of the role containing: Clear role contributions, Job Descriptions, Roles and Responsibilities, Competencies Development, tools definition, remuneration scheme and KPIs.
Additionally, the Manager will give support to the Sales Team by building and / or strengthen capabilities for the DSMs by providing management tools, competencies development and installing / adjusting commercial processes related to role effectiveness.
Give visibility to the Sales Team on KPIs; 2) Build and maintain KPI dashboards; 3) Effectively manage BTL Budget coaching by ensuring there is a consistent and aligned
Responsibilities of a Organizational Development Leader:
-Maintain Salesmen Job Descriptions & definitions updated and aligned to the Company's strategy
-Work with multi-functional teams in order to define, develop and deploy Salesmen role
-Maintain effective operation of Salesmen
+Clear KPIs - definition and follow up on monthly and yearly results
+Low turnover
+Analyze information in order to identify opportunities and recommend action plans
+Recruitment according to plan and in line with the budget
+Manage incentive scheme (SRP) - alignment on strategic intentions/goals and within the yearly budget
+Monitoring performance and giving visibility of progress to stakeholders.
+Developing content and training programs to help employees understand, learn and adapt to the new WOW
-Develop tools, platforms & systems for DSMs, SS, ASMs, RCMs, HOS for adequete operation and management
