Mô tả công việc
• Working result oriented in order to fulfill sales targets by increasing items sold to customers and by actively executing and supporting new customer acquisition
• Coordinate internally and externally in regards of all services the company can provide to the customer in order to build long term relationships with customers;
• Management and maintenance of customer related information such as customer material descriptions, price conditions, specs on items sold, delivery plans etc. in and outside of the ERP
• Developing new prospects, researching various published sources to create list of prospects to contact for marketing purposes;
• Creating and managing documents: Contracts, Quotations, Order Confirmation, CO-CQ
• Managing customer data & Sales data on SAP system – ensure transparency of data and
generating/ analyzing sales data upon request.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and reporting in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Order placement, backorder management, scarcity reporting and follow ups
• Customer complaint handling
• Reconciliation of Accounts Reveivable
• Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives
• Compliance to ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001
• Other tasks assigned by company
