Role Overview
Finding new customers, making partnerships, and figuring out how to make more money. We’re Looking for a highly motivated and engaged Key Account Manager as a part of our sales team, to drive business growth and revenues at our Vietnam location.
Responsibilities
• Business Development: This is an individual contributor role in a high-performance environment which emphasizes on spreading Cogoport's unique way of doing business with the customers. You would need to build up a trusting and consultative relationships with the Customers and provide them cost-effective solutions through Cogoport's product.
• Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services to existing enterprise customers
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
• Retention of existing clients: You will need to work around retention of the existing accounts who are regularly transacting along with the organization.
• Revenue Stream: Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts, contributing to overall company revenue goals and growth of the organization.
• Outstanding Follow Up: Follow up with customers to get due outstanding cleared as per agreed timelines.
• Incentives: Cogoport wants to build a performance driven culture and with this role, you would be incentivized for your monthly performance.
