Sales Service Representative

- Perform/ Execute the Order to Delivery process, which includes but is not limited to the following, and ensure that orders are executed properly.
- Following up the execution of the orders.
- Provide daily support to key accounts, customers, and prospects, in coordination with area account managers.
- Samples coordination.
- Act as a key connector between customers and Marketing & Innovation, Supply Chain to ensure the orders meet timely delivery.
- Initiate contact and correspond with customers addressing pre-sales issues through emails & phone calls.
- Order entry.
- Initiate, if possible, any possible project that is beneficial and follow up.
- Logistics handling of orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Handle and follow up complaints from customers.
