* Sales activities
1. Understand the sales team's numerical targets and KPI to achieve the company’s annual budget indicated by the manager.
2. Implement action plans based on KPI.
3. Develop new customers, make appointments, conduct business negotiations, provide service proposals and facility information, and win contracts.
4. Regularly visit and communicate with existing and new customers to build and strengthen relationships that enable future business.
5. Work closely with Sales Manager to ensure rate negotiations meet the company's financial needs.
* Cooperation with events to improve customer satisfaction
1. Work with the sales manager to plan and schedule events for customers, purchase and arrange necessary equipment, and execute events based on the annual plan.
2. Communicate and strengthen relationships with event attendees
* Team communication
1. Collaborate with all team members on day-to-day sales activities to achieve the company's budget.
2. Constantly share information within the team about the business environment, competitive information, company status, etc., and improve each other's business knowledge.
* Cooperation and support for sales promotion and awareness activities
1. Work with your manager to think about, plan, and implement activities to increase awareness of PRHP.
2. Regularly update official website and SNS
* Other duties
1. Create contracts, invoices, and other documents for existing customers.
2 and 3 below are only available if requested by the sales manager.
2. Create contracts, etc. for new customers related to Japanese sales manager
3. Take over a new customer account acquired by a Japanese sales manager. After that, Manage and respond to contracts and payment invoices as your new customer.
4. Update and maintain customer management database.
