This position holder is responsible for
Manager the sales team (routing, sales procedure, working attendant & attitude)
Maintain good relationships with all customers
Product merchandising (available/visible/touchable) for both primary & secondary shelf (planning & execution)
Being responsible for target in assigned products
Training for the sales team
Detail and generalize reports on Sales Achievement Sales Unit, Inventory, and Display Contest weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Net Sales (Primary Sales/Secondary Sales, Turnover, Volume)
Distribution (numerical distribution, Weighted distribution)
Operation Profit (assigned area & distributors)
