Mô tả công việc
- Assist the overseas manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for international markets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Overseas Manager
- Maintain strong relationships with CSAs, ensuring alignment with Vietjetair Cargo's goals and objectives
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts with CSAs promptly
- Support CSAs in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
- Provide insights and recommendations for market expansion and product offerings
- Assist in exploring and developing new partnerships and business opportunities
- Coordinate with CSA in 12 countries to execute sales plans and achieve targets
- Oversee the sales operations to ensure efficient processes
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to support sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Other assignment from the direct manager
