Mô tả công việc
1. Sales and Sales administration:
70%
Advising clients on suitable options of tour package.
Communicating with clients, Schools, Industrial Zones, meeting their demands and requirements.
Co-operating with the operation, on-site team, HR & Admin, Freelancer team, and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created.
Prepare tour itineraries, make calculations and send quotations.
Confirm bookings and notify clients of issue tickets for travel, accommodation, insurance, visa and currency requirements.
Attending Sales team meeting and report weekly assignments.
2. Marketing and Communication: 30%
Taking care of Sales communication tools and Social Media Channel, including Company official Website, Social Networking (Facebook fan pages, Instagram, YouTube Channel).
Program designing via Canvas.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
1. Degrees in Hospitality and Tourism or Languages & International Studies is a plus.
2. Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST
3. At least 2 years’ experience in inbound eco-tourism and travel sales and/or travel consultants from an Inbound.
4. Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and design tools (Canvas), AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, other AI tools for Media).
5. Good communication and organization skills, strong customer and sale focus, enjoy working with Minority people.
6. Very careful, enthusiastic, patient and hard working with “can do” attitude.
7. Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedule & able to work under high pressure and overtime.
8. Independent, proactive with good attitude and mindset.
9. Age: 24-35, gender: Male/Female
