Job Summary:
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training and development programs to enhance the skills, competencies, and effectiveness of the field sales force. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives and drive sales and marketing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategic training roadmap to address the evolving skills and development needs of the field force, aligned with business goals and the company’s standards
• Oversee the onboarding and training of sales field force team including ASM, RSM, Team Leader, Specialist, etc.
• Conduct assessments and create personalized development plans for the field team
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to identify training requirements and design tailored programs covering areas such as financial acumen, analytics, consumer segmentation, and brand portfolio
• Ensure training plans are well-aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of employees
• Develop and implement training evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness and relevance of training design and delivery
• Monitor the progress and impact of training initiatives and provide feedback to senior management
• Drive the application of sales enablers across the Sale teams in nationwide
• Review and align sales incentive schemes to enhance sales force motivation and market competitiveness
• Implement best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing within the sales force
