Coordinate with other teams (sales, pricing, accounting) to ensure whole process is smoothly handled
Monitor the team the ensure daily operations are followed & completed
Communicate with DAC network, Terminal Agencies, Carriers, Vendors to ensure all cargoes are properly arranged in line with
customer’s, carriers, local authorities requirements
Timely update external/internal announcements (port announcement, terminal regulations, customer profiles, contracts…)
Good coordination with pricing team, sales team for timely & smooth handling
Ensure cargoes are arranged without incurring extra charges
Ensure data accuracy into system & to customers (bills, invoices, etc.)
Ensure assignments are completed within provided deadline
Proper follow-ups with outstanding issues as well as reports are submitted on time & accurately
Check P&L carefully on department job files & highlight if any issue (loss/high cost)
Efficient communication with carriers & ensure that all bookings are well arranged in line with customer’s requirement & as per company
compliance
Understand & ensure VN laws & company/department policies/regulations are followed
Ensure all staffs understand KPI, SOP & self-monitor accordingly
Ensure efficient & proper procurement for nominated biz
Responsible for training of new staffs on SOP/KPI as well as company/department policies
Check OQD, Cas report & arrange other reports as requested
Other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager
