Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and track AR/AP accounts
- Prepare and running monthly prepaid/accrual transaction
- Weekly cash flow forecast.
- Review/ control of expenses
- Ensure verified purchase invoices accurately recorded into ERP.
- Check sales revenue & Customs documents
- Cooperate with other Departments (Sales, Procurement…) for monthly book closing schedule by deadline.
- Manage month end closing report/ balance of TB accounts
- Check monthly VAT declaration report
- Check POs /contracts to ensure proper withholding tax.
- Deal with VAT refund/ Tax audit/ annual audits
- Collate and analyze accounting data
- Lead inventory cycle counts
- Statutory reports as per requirements (tax, statistics, BIZA,…)
- Other jobs assigned by Finance Manager
