Senior Accountant (Urgent ) – 01 Vacancy

1. Reporting route
- Report to Director and Manager at daily/monthly/yearly basic.
2. Duties
-Make and submit tax report to the government on time: VAT, CIT, PIT. Make sure all reports are accurate and on time submission.
-Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
-Update accounting transaction in Misa accounting software
- Daily report to the Board of director: cash book, AR, AP, sales statements, purchased, stock in hand, net asset
- Process daily bank-related activities including but not limited to visiting banks, writing bank slips, bank transfers.
-Issue VAT invoice for customers; check accuracy and legal correctness of input VAT invoice.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide the document and information as the accounting department requires
- Document, data, cash and bank account management
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments
- Monitoring inventory transactions
- Make sure all costing are collected and calculated to the finsihed good.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD.
