Become a Senior Advisor, Employee Services Operations at LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam and help create a seamless, people-first workplace in an inspiring, global environment!
Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
Please note that the internal job title will be Senior Advisor, Employee Services Operations.
Core Responsibilities
• Carries out regular daily operations leading to ensuring proper and timely execution of Employee Services (ES) Operations administrative tasks within own scope.
• Provide operational support to respective colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists.
• Support inputs provision and testing connected to global initiatives.
• Maintain strong and positive relationship with external providers, vendors and internal stakeholders in order to secure high quality processing.
• Cooperate with colleagues in team in order to secure continuous execution of tasks and delivery.
• Challenge the process and identify areas for improvement with aim to achieve maximum effectivity and precision of our processes
• Further responsibilities according to the instructions from line manager
• HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:
• HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)
• Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.)
• Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
• Rewards program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)
• May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors
• Involved in delivering induction trainings to our new joiners
