THE ROLE
• To manage and execute all types of bearing maintenance technical supports as roll of Application Engineer at the countrywide customers (or as assigned), working together with sales engineers to support sales team and SKF distributors.
• Provide technical solutions to industrial customers.
• Conduct Technical trainings.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Closely work out with customers to provide bearing maintenance technical consultancy, bearing trouble shooting for root cause failure analysis.
• Conduct technical seminars & training to customers.
• Propose necessary technical report, solution proposal in both English and Vietnamese as needed.
• Provide technical solutions to industrial customers by introducing & promoting appropriate products.
