- Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms : Amplify the number of quality followers and oversee & manage all social media platform engagement for the company, including Facebook, X, Instagram, Youtube, etc.
- Scheduling & Posting Content: Managing content calendar (i.e. editorial calendar), utilisizing social media listening tool to strategize, plan and post high relevant content.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media engagement strategies and closely relate it to business KPIs, while offering recommendation and improvements.
- Designing & Developing Social Media Strategies: Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to enhance brand awareness, and increase engagement.
- Content Planning & Creation: Manage end to end high quality & high relevance content from strategy development, conceptualisation, production to implementation.
- Managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Market Research & Competitor Research and Analysis: Conducting market and competitor analysis, and identify trends to keep Traveloka at the forefront of OTA Social Media.
- Community Management: Develop and drive a highly relevant community strategy, focusing on building network effect with the goal of nurturing overall social media enaggement.
- Manage and Optimize Paid Advertising Campaign: Supporting partnership and campaigns in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on all social media platforms.
- Cost Optimization : Continously optimize cost spent to ROI that highly related to company KPIs.
