Senior Business Analyst - Project Manager

Joining our team as a Senior Business Analyst (Project Manager), you will work closely with our clients to design, build and roll-out exciting new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on researching, making mockups and having an excellent sense of trending UI/UX in the marketplace. WOO TECH is on a journey of future growth and this position is to be a key part of this evolution. In this role, you will help the company to expand our value proposition and step up to rapidly-evolving client needs.
● Working with customers, end users, and stakeholders to understand customer’s business processes, needs and requirements.
● Collaborating with clients and internal team to define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
● Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment;
● Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, resource requirements & activities.
● Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
● Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible on Jira tickets;
● Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to make sure the project/s run smoothly, ensuring alignment with project objectives;
● Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
● Conduct regular team meetings and work closely with Tech Lead to provide updates, address concerns, and celebrate milestones;
● Supporting users for UAT.
● Creating manual guide for product and conducting demo to customers.
● Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
● Manage the project delivery according to the planned schedule;
● And other tasks as assigned by the Management team.

● Working hours: 8.30a.m - 5:30p.m (lunch break 1h) from Monday to Friday.

Must have:
● At least three years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
● Experience with Software Project workflow such as Jira
● Good understanding of UI/UX (web and mobile) and the website development process.
● Proficiency in English communication skills (both written and verbal)
● Experience in writing clear and concise business requirements for process and technology
Nice to have:
● Experienced with the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch.
● Having understanding and experience in MySQL and popular programming languages and frameworks like PHP, Wordpress, Shopify.
