Senior Card Operations Analyst

Working with departments, Card organizations and partner bank to solve issue and handle relevant tasks:
• Manage and keep monitoring on system performance on authorization/ clearing & settlement process
• Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program.
• Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it.
• Response to implement new rule, systems, products, services, and operation of company, to new partners and players in the payment industry.
• Develop and execute the knowledge and skill about system operation for driving business.
• Keep tracking of reconcile process of money of payment transaction.
Participate company projects to develop of product, process and system:
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to develop Credit Card/BNPL self service functions on Company applications to support operational and strategic objective.
• Provide support for the implementation of new Card/HPL products, services, and regulatory compliance
• Working with departments, Card organizations and partner bank to solve complaints/inquiries and yearly review PCIDSS certificate, Visa Enhancement.
