Mô tả công việc

Employment Contract Management
• Prepare, update, and extend employment labor contracts in compliance with the Vietnamese Labor Code.
• Ensure all contracts are properly recorded, filed systematically, and updated in a timely manner.
• Handle the contract termination procedures when an employee resigns.
Compensation and benefit Administration
• Ensure accurate implementation of compensation and benefits schemes.
• Arrange compulsory insurances (UI, SI, HI) and TMG Care benefits for Associates.
• Manage Global Health Insurance for foreign Associates.
• Provide C&B policy orientation for all new hires.
• Coordinate in designing incentive schemes
• Keep records and documents, organize occupational safety and health training
Payroll and Personal Income Tax
• Collect and consolidate monthly payroll data (incentives, overtime, salary adjustments, travel allowance, etc.).
• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Handle PIT registration, calculation, and finalization for Associates.
• Maintain and update salary records in the HR system.
Trade Union
• Prepare documents, papers, and pay annual union fees
HR Reporting
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, salary structure, income and workforce trends for inter-nal analysis.
• Submit mandatory reports related to labor, tax and compensation to labor authorities and relevant gov-ernment agencies as required.
Market benchmark and survey
• Salary benchmarks every 6 months
• Associate Opinion Survey implementation and report: annually
• Research and update market trends related to Associate benefits and provide recommendations to the Manager
HR Budget control
• Assist in planning and tracking the HR budget to ensure financial efficiency.
• Monitor HR expenditures and ensure alignment with company policies.
Communication and Compliance
• Act as a key point of contact for Associates regarding salary and benefits inquiries.
• Advise managers and associates on compensation-related regulations and policies.
• Ensure all C&B policies comply with Vietnamese labor laws and company guidelines.
