UX/UI Designer
Duration: 2 months, On-site (8:00 - 17:30) Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative
solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering using Figma
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas within Figma
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Experience working in the renewable energy industry, particularly solar and electrical systems, is a plus
• Ability to work on-site for 8 hours a day
• Must have own laptop and be comfortable working with provided monitor
• Need to know english
