Drive operation root causes analysis and deliver action plan in case exceptions happen.
Analyze product quality and shipping issues to point out the problems timely to improve customer experiences.
Effectively manage the order fulfillment process and analyze fulfillment metrics such as processing time, lead time, shipping time, defects, and return rate and recommend performance improvements to suppliers.
Production planning and Inventory management
Monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, processing time, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales team, sourcing team) to make a timely inventory plan to minimize order processing time with optimal inventory costs

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent data analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of operation management and inventory management principles, demand forecasting, and supplier performance management.
3 years experience in e-commerce fulfillmemt operations, with demonstrated success in leadership role.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese is a plus.
