CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd. is looking for qualified, talented, and dynamic candidates for the full-time position of SENIOR HEALTHCARE ARCHITECT/PLANNER
to work in Ho Chi Minh office. Priority to those candidates with the criteria below:
• Have experience of working on HEALTHCARE PROJECTS
• Proficient in spoken and written in both English. Additional language skills in a second language eg, Chinese/Vietnamese/Korean shall have additional advantage.
A. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in creating presentation materials for all phases of projects, including graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, technical details to meet the desirable goals and meet client expectations.
- Participate and contribute to the development of design concept through implementation into subsequent production and implementation stages.
- Collaborate with other design disciplines within the Viet Nam and oversea office studios when needed.
- May involve some national travels
- To establish and maintain regular meetings with client representatives to agree priorities, establish work program and report progress.
- Assist in project coordination of large-scale multi-faceted projects as required, collaborating with numerous teams in multiple locations
- Both internal and external communication and correspondence.
- Work under your own initiative and direction, as part of Arch team and the whole multi-skilled organization including: architects, infrastructural planning, local consultants, local government, and developers, etc.
- Work with the wider planning team to ensure policies and guidance are followed.
- Communicate closely with the planning leadership to implement the team vision while working independently on a day-to-day basis.
- Strategic understanding of global design trends and issues.
- Be able to adapt and be flexible in the working environment
