• In charge Salary / bonus / insurance ...calculation monthly for the assigned customers / departments
• Master the HR payroll system as well as GSI; Single HR system to adapt the Pantos's operation requirements
• Support HR Section leader to manage HR works and ensure all employee 's information updated on time...
• Make monthly HR reports as requirement include but not limited in social insurance; salary accrual; salary budget; OT analysis; PIT; employee database;...
• PTI finalization report and upload Tax system
• Assist to design and deliver retention plan / schemes; Annual compensation and benefit budget
• Ensure the implementation of corporate pay philosophy: pay for performance
• Contribute to the education of employees on compensation and benefit to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Handle compensation & benefits of expats. Together with tax consultants, do reconciliation of expats’ PIT at the end of the year
• Follow up with TL in evaluation and extend labor contracts
• Update staffs ' attendant record into HR Payroll system
• Update staffs ' information into HR management systems
• Update the Government regulations as well as in line with the requirements from HQ or Region
• Conduct Policy training as required
Support Trade Union works
• Support leader in trade union activities
• Other tasks assigned by HOD (recruitment; events support; staff relationship; legal advice; ...)
