Training functions:
- Prepare annual training budget and plan to ensure that all training needs are met with reasonable costs.
- Schedule training courses and ensure the efficient implementation of training plans monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Collect and maintain personal training records in the software system and process training payments.
- Set up and organize workshops, conferences, seminars, communities of practice, and symposia that enable knowledge to be shared person-to-person.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to achieve the company's objectives.
- Be able to design and develop internal training programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs for offshore and onshore, revise and consult other departments on developing training materials.
- Prepare periodical report or when required.
General HR functions:
- Take part in specific HR projects and coordinate with department heads and HR Manager on respective projects.
- Support HR Manager to coordinate with and consult line managers to implement performance management.
- Take part in the employment process, employment relations, and other HR activities.
- Participate in developing or revising policies, processes, tools, and methods relevant to HR & Training.
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
