Senior HVAC Engineer

* General description:
• Overall responsibility for profit, expenses, operating activities, work quality, provision service, project
status of Mechanical and Electrical Studio.
• Consult and provide the functional area of projects at Mechanical and Electrical field.
* Details duties:
• Review, comment and assume responsibility for management of scale projects including: cost estimates,
tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Design engineering for equipment such as tank, column, heat exchanger, pump, conveyer including
technical specification, datasheet, drawing, etc.
• Site survey and assist with the development of the inspection process for the MEP works at site.
• Record, advise line manager and record where applicable any works not carried out in accordance with
the drawings and specifications.
• Understand the risk and handle situations arising.
• Interact and participate in meetings with internal studio and external clients at middle to senior levels.
• Other tasks as required by the company or direct manager.
