• Be responsible for efficiency improvement (Routing time, cycle time, processing time)
• Be responsible to control and improve document (Working Instruction, Process Manual)
• Improve Line efficiency, cost saving plan. Clear definition of standards for all resources required by manufacturing (DL/IDL, Cycle Time, Takt Time, Material Flow, Utilities, etc.).
• Defined cycle time measurement, efficiency loss and improvement activities.
• Process document control: Process Manual, Working Instruction, TD (Technical Deviation), SOP.
• New Document System migration, E/M Routing estimation & update, ECO Management.
• Follow production output daily. Make sure achieve the standard target. Document improvement updated timely.
• Manned capacity Analysis that includes the used of MOST technique.
• Floor space requirements to support customer demand.
• Focus on the Industrial Engineering function for Assembly & Packing Area.
• Drive Internal / External Benchmarking effort / activities.
• Ensure that all capacity analysis models are up to date.
This position will be based in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Cu Chi. Shuttle bus from District 1, 11, 12, Hoc Mon, Tan Binh, Binh Thanh, Thu Duc; Binh Duong; Dong Nai is available.
