- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and any other documents related to company business activities and necessities.
- Identify legal issues and provide legal opinions and advice to senior-level management on highly technical matters.
- Review and provide legal advice on corporate documents required in connection with any relevant corporate action and compliance with prevailing laws.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation, compliance, guidelines, and provide regular reports on business opportunities and legislation affecting company business and policies.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen liaisons and work relationships with the company's legal team, government, and related institutions to facilitate efficient communication (optional).
