Senior Logistics Analyst

Monitoring and communicating with factories about delivery to ensure on-time shipment
Oversee the entire logistics process, from acquisition to delivery
Working closely with all functional teams to implement the shipment process
Verifying and cross-checking PL/IV from factories
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers
Select carriers, negotiate contracts, and manage freight costs
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
Creating and sending documents to the sales team

Degree in business administration, Supply Chain, logistics or related field preferred
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
5+ years working experience in logistics management required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, and process mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Can work under high pressure, hard-working and honestly, high organized.
Good management and organizational skills
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
