PURPOSE
The role is to plan and implement the country program on people’s learning & development.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage assigned budget.
- Engage with vendor to design & implement relevant internal training programs.
- Ensure local people development programs are aligned with Group’s direction and supportive of local people strategies.
- Analyse, design, propose and deliver local corporate training programs (non-sales) to promote learning culture and support business growth.
- Other tasks as assigned.
