Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Job:
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer
, you’ll be part of our Global Tools & Storage team located in Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park 1, No. 35, Independent Avenue, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam. Your working hours will be 5 days/48 hours/week.
You’ll get to:
- Ensure standardization across a product lines (platforming and standardization)
- Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes
- Support critical productivity projects in the facilities
- Support the development of strategies and initiatives for operational efficiency
- Drive quality, automation & labor efficiency improvements for machining/packaging lines
- Work with Sourcing and SBU for in-source/ out-source transition plans
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods (including continuous improvement initiatives)
- Be a part of working matrix that analyses Make-and-Buy decision and cost evaluations
- Assist manufacturing management as directed to resolve manufacturing problems and provide regular progress reports on projects to the management team.

Besides the 12-month compensation package, this position is eligible for annual performance bonuses.
