Responsibility:
*** Online & Offline Event Marketing (50%)
Manage and coordinate both online and offline events, including planning, budgeting, execution, cost-management and post-event evaluation
Source and evaluate potential vendors, create request for proposals, assess proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalise agreements
Collaborate with and oversee cross-functional teams, vendors, and part-timers to ensure seamless event logistics and engagement
Develop strategies to maximise attendance, brand visibility, and lead generation
Maintain and update event budgets, monitor expenditures, and conduct reconciliations
Design, operate, and maintain event systems and processes to create a replicable and scalable playbook for lead generation
Generate comprehensive post-event reports to assess event effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement
*** Content Marketing (30%)
Execute content per campaign and be the main point of contact with designers, and freelancers, ensuring on-time delivery of collaterals and content
*** PR and Affiliate Marketing (10%)
Execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts and KOL/KOCs
Liaise with PR agency, providing a clear brief, and manage budgets effectively
*** Reporting and Analysis (10%)
Track and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation based on data-driven insights
