Senior Officer, Legal (Temporary 6 Months)

- Review the internal policies, procedures, forms, Power of Attorney and other documents according to applicable law.
- Provide input or recommendations concerning any new or proposed laws or regulations.
- Review and advise marketing and media materials, including press releases, corporate and product advertising; any potential and actual adverse media publicity; posting on social media;
- Filling related to expansion, new branches, new transaction offices, or any activities outside Vietnam.
- Review documents to register customer promotion campaigns;
- Draft, and review agreements, contracts, memoranda of understanding, letters of intent and the like (binding or non-binding); Review any amendments changes to existing agreements;
- Update new or amended regulations, legislation, industry codes and other instruments binding on the Company.
- Other tasks as assigned by Legal Assisstant Manager or the Head of Legal and Compliance from time to time.
