1. Lead Time Optimization:
Manage and optimize lead times to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Implement strategies to take full advantage of lead times, reducing delays and improving efficiency.
2. Supplier Negotiation:
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
3. Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the procurement process, from sampling to mass production.
Implement solutions to mitigate risks and prevent future occurrences.
4. Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on order requirements and delivery timelines.
5. Order Management:
Oversee the procurement process from the initial lab dip and strike-off stages to mass production.
Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
6. Quality Assurance:
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure materials meet required standards.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of supplier performance.
7. Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, new materials, and advancements in the textile industry.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Minimum of 2 years of experience in textile, garment, or fashion merchandising.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act proactively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and lead time optimization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
