Mô tả công việc

- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments).
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- In charge of searching and managing customers including: B2B, B2C, Corporate…
- Support for organization and coordination of events such as meeting with partners, wine tasting, wine dinner, seminars, product launching...

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Wine & Spirit business, Sales, or Food & Beverage services.
- English-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Dynamic and hard-working person.
- Graduated with a Business or Wine Diploma/Bachelor.
