- Windows person, roller visit Chinese/ Taiwanese or Korean customers to build up relationship, follow up and troubleshoot issue / customer’ requirements.
- Together with Customer Service team perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...).
- Propose solution items, software or service package to enhance customers’ satisfaction.
- Report directly to SMT Service Manager and higher level.
